WK820/14 is supplied with a permanently fixed electric heater. For such equipment, European legislation demands the ‘Type-approval’ (KBA 91423) is shown clearly on the product. Without it, the operating license for the whole vehicle, in accordance with the EU regulations, is rendered null and void! In other words: The vehicle is no longer approved for use on public roads.
